I am a compassionate, client-centered Occupational Therapist specializing in paediatric and complex cases, with a particular expertise in sensory needs. From developmental support for children to rehabilitation and adaptive strategies for adults, I support clients at every stage of life toward a more fulfilling, balanced future.
I hold a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University, after an undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Queen's University. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practice, with a passion for mental-health awareness, 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, and community accessibility.
Outside of work, I enjoy time outdoors with my daughter and dog, hiking, and discovering new restaurants in our community.
