Free Therapy Handouts & Resources
The handouts we give clients, available to everyone. Written by our own clinicians, free to read, free to print, and free to pass on to a teacher, a grandparent or a support worker. No sign-up, no email address, no catch.

Read them here, or print them
Every handout is a full page you can read on a phone, and every one has a Print or save as PDF button at the top. Printing gives you a clean copy with the website navigation stripped out — the same sheet we would hand you in a session — and choosing "Save as PDF" in the print dialogue gives you a file to email or keep.
These are general information, not personal advice. They are a good starting point and a good thing to hand to somebody else; they are not an assessment of your child or of you. If something here does not fit, that is usually because your situation has a detail in it that a handout cannot know about — which is exactly what a free consultation is for.
All handouts
New handouts are added as we write them. If there is something you would find useful and it is not here, tell us — most of these exist because a client asked.
